Swiss Water® Decaf
Our Swiss Water® Decaf begins its journey in Colombia, a country celebrated for producing some of the world's finest washed coffees. Grown across the diverse landscapes of the Andes, these coffees are sourced from trusted producers whose dedication to quality and meticulous processing consistently delivers exceptional flavour. Thanks to Colombia's dual harvest seasons, we can continually source fresh crop coffees while maintaining the character and quality we expect.
Following harvest, ripe coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked before being sorted, pulped, naturally fermented, washed, and slowly dried to preserve sweetness, clarity, and balance. Once dried, the coffee is milled, graded, and prepared for export before beginning the next stage of its journey.
The green coffee is then sent to Swiss Water® in Vancouver, Canada, where it undergoes the world-renowned Swiss Water® Process. Unlike conventional decaffeination methods, Swiss Water® uses only pure water, temperature, time, and carbon filtration to gently remove 99.9% of the caffeine—without the use of chemical solvents. This careful, small-batch process preserves the coffee's natural sugars, acidity, and origin character, allowing it to retain the complexity and sweetness that define exceptional specialty coffee.
Traceability remains at the heart of the process. Every lot is fully traceable back to its origin, ensuring complete transparency from farm to cup and allowing us to maintain the same sourcing standards we apply across our entire range.

By combining outstanding Colombian coffees with the Swiss Water® Process, we're able to deliver a decaffeinated coffee that reflects our commitment to quality without compromise.
